A proven track record of and commitment to working with community groups to create a variety of learning opportunities for young children and their families.
Decades of experience with diverse communities and families of English-language learners, has provided opportunities for working with foster care families, homelessness and other trauma, as well as students with physical disabilities, severe allergies and other medical conditions, hearing and vision impairments, transgender students, and explosive behavioral needs.

In order to meet the needs of such diverse learners, I have been involved in various mentoring scenarios and cross curricular partnerships with technology specialists, speech and language specialists, school psychologists and guidance counselors, occupational therapists, school librarians and ELL specialists. Therefore, I have the ability to mentor and leverage the skills of talented individuals across a wide range of generations, experiences, and backgrounds.
